Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Follow the Plan of Care and state practice guidelines.
• Instruct and educate patients on exercises and recovery.
• Document patient progress and notes in the EMR.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and confidential clinical environment.
• Support the PT in delivering high-quality physical therapy services.
