Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in NY required.
• Experience with therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Ability to communicate clearly and instruct effectively.
• Ability to delegate appropriate support care to non-licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Participates actively in patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Follows Plan of Care and state practice guidelines.
• Instructs and counsels patients on exercises and recovery.
• Completes EMR documentation of PT services.
• Performs modalities and assists with patient setup.
• Maintains safety, confidentiality, and a clean work environment.
