Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of New York.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Ability to communicate and educate patients effectively.
• Ability to delegate appropriate support care to non-licensed staff and serve as a resource.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in patient care under supervision.
• Follows Plan of Care established by the supervising PT.
• Educates patients and demonstrates exercises.
• Documents in EMR and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Monitors patient progress and safety during therapy sessions.
• Supports PT with maintaining a clean, safe clinic environment.
