• Actively participates in patient care under supervision of a PT.
• Follow the Plan of Care and state practice guidelines.
• Instruct patients in exercises and recovery.
• Document treatment notes in EMR as required.
• Educate patients on safety and proper technique.
• Maintain confidentiality and a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to improve care quality.
• Assist in mentoring and training junior staff as needed.
