Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time daytime hours at Foxwood Springs-Raymore, MO. The PTA will support licensed therapists and help deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active PTA license, with a preference for about one year of PTA experience. Generous benefits and licensure reimbursement are provided.

• Must hold an active state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
