Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team in Chesterfield, MO. This full-time daytime position supports licensed PTs in delivering patient-centered care and implementing individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active PTA license, and is ready to contribute to patient education and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of experience as a PTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
