Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Browns Valley, MN clinic. This role involves implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and the use of assistive devices.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and a current state PTA license; 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited PTA program degree and state license.
• 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.
• Ability to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to document patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
