Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center team in Glenside, PA. This full-time daytime role requires an associate degree and PA PTA licensure, with responsibilities including implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
