Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care under a supervising physical therapist. This full-time daytime position offers meaningful collaboration with a clinical team and the opportunity to impact patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, possess an active state license, and have strong skills in documentation, patient education, and executing treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
