Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist in Port St. Joe, FL.

Qualifications

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
