Ascension is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Sparta, TN, to design and implement individualized therapy programs within Ascension Saint Thomas Highlands. Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Therapy credential from the Tennessee Board prior to hire date.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
