Select Medical's NovaCare Rehabilitation center in Allendale, MI seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join a dedicated clinical team. The PTA will provide patient care under a licensed PT, delivering high-quality outpatient services and participating in center initiatives.

The role offers mentorship, strong orientation, and opportunities for growth within a large nationwide network. The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule, compensation of $25–$35 per hour, and full-time

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed the national CAPTE examination for PTAs.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as required by state law.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients and their caregivers in accordance with Select Medical policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients, and staff to support program goals.

Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7am-5pm

Compensation: $25hr-$35hr

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
