Select Medical's NovaCare Rehabilitation in Delaware, OH, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join a respected clinical team. This full-time role offers a structured schedule and mentorship to deliver outpatient orthopedic care that helps patients regain function and return to daily activities.

The ideal candidate will hold a PTA license (or in process), CPR certification, and CAPTE certification, with a commitment to patient-centered therapy and professional growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: 12 Troy Rd. Delaware, OH 43015

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (10am-7pm), Tuesday/Friday (7am-4pm), Thursday (8am-5pm)

Compensation: $26.00 - $40.00, hourly, based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
