NovaCare Rehabilitation in Monongahela, PA seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT, treating orthopedic, sports medicine, neurological, concussion, POETS, and ACL patients with mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program and CAPTE-certified.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• Current CPR certification.

• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients, and staff; support outpatient orthopedic care.

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: 121 W Main Street Monongahela, PA 15063

Incentives: $200/Month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Hourly, $18.00 - $25.00, commensurate with experience PLUS Student Loan Repayment Program

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.


• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures


• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.


• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program


• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
