Job summary

Select Medical's NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time, on-site work in Delaware, OH. Compensation ranges from $26-$40/hour depending on experience, with a sign-on bonus and debt assistance to support your transition into a rewarding clinical role.

As part of a respected clinical team, you’ll deliver patient-centered care, guided by a licensed PT, and participate in a program that promotes mentorship, CEU opportunities,

Qualifications

  • College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
  • Valid state PTA license (or license in process)
  • CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
  • Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
  • Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Position:Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: 7853 Pacer Drive Suite 3C, Delaware, OH 43015

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (10am-7pm), Tuesday/Friday (7am-4pm), Thursday (8am-5pm)

Compensation: $26.00 - $40.00, hourly, based on years of experience
