Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist to provide personalized care for older adults in private residences and senior living communities. The role includes conducting evaluations and creating treatment plans to improve mobility and independence, with documentation in EMR and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Role: Physical Therapist providing personalized care to older adults in private residences and Senior Living Communities.
