Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) in Tennessee seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide personalized care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. You will perform evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and support mobility, independence, and overall wellness.

This role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, documentation in EMR systems, and the use of telehealth to extend access.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the practice state or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Physical Requirements
