Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. You will assess mobility, design individualized plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve independence.

You’ll document progress in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers on safety and aging-in-place strategies. Telehealth options expand reach, offering flexible care delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state or eligibility
• Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT preferred)
• Proficiency with computers and EMR systems
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Role:

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in applicable state(s).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform moderate physical activities, including lifting, repositioning patients, and extensive walking. Must be able to drive to patient locations and wear PPE as needed.
