Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide personalized in-home therapy to older adults, develop treatment plans, and help patients maintain mobility and independence.

You will visit private residences and senior communities, document care in EMR, collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs and fitness staff, and may use telehealth for added reach. A valid license, CPR, and driver’s license required; competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications
