Job summary

Ascension seeks an inpatient Physical Therapist at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital to create personalized treatment plans and improve patient mobility. You will assess conditions and tailor interventions to each patient’s needs, while mentoring assistants and students to sustain collaborative care within the rehab team.

The role requires a Kansas PT license and a Bachelor's degree (Masters/ Doctorate preferred). BLS within 1 month of hire is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Kansas PT license required before hire date.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Schedule: Rotating l PRN | Variable weekdays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Variable weekends and holidays 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
