Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Strong knowledge of badge management and biometric access controls.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional partners and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 1Badge Physical Security team and set service standards.
• Oversee governance of the C-Cure access control system and badge lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and Workplace Experience Management.
• Oversee secure spaces, restricted environments, and biometric access.
• Support security modernization projects and office construction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and security policies.
