Yarde Metals is looking for a phone operator & sales admin to join our team! A phone operator & sales administration associate is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls to their appropriate location. They are also responsibile for providing sales support to the inside sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Review and enter quotes and sales orders into company computer system.
• Proofread detailed quotes and sales orders for accuracy.
• Sort and distribute documents, mail, and reports.
• Perform additional job duties as directed by supervisor.
• Ordering supplies for multiple departments
• Enter RMA's for management review.
• Participate/organize our wellness program.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience directly related to the duties of the position.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to speak professionally, clearly, and concisely.
• A high level of attention to detail is required when performing data entry and proofreading documents.
• Understands importance of exceptional customer service.
