Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in end-user, helpdesk or desktop support in a professional IT environment.
• Experience supporting Mac devices is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle frequent incoming calls and provide guidance remotely.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills for professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming technical support calls as the primary daily duty.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues over the phone using remote tools.
• Support Windows desktops/laptops, Microsoft 365, email, printers, software, and network connectivity.
• Ask clear questions, explain steps, and keep clients informed without rushing.
• Create and maintain accurate support tickets and time entries.
• Follow through on unresolved issues and provide timely updates to clients.
• Escalate complex issues with documentation while maintaining ownership of communications.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure reliable phone coverage and responsive support.
• Assist with other technical and client-support responsibilities as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as required.
