Job summary

Integrity IT Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Technician to answer incoming client support calls and resolve technical problems over the phone using remote support tools. You will be one of the first people our clients speak with when technology interrupts their day, and you should enjoy helping people in a fast-paced phone queue.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in end-user or helpdesk support in a professional IT environment.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting Mac devices is a plus but not required.
Comfort with answering frequent incoming calls and providing technical support throughout the workday.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to guide users through solutions over the phone.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming help desk calls as the primary daily responsibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues over the phone using remote support tools.
Support Windows desktops and software; assist with connectivity and printers as needed.
Create and maintain accurate support tickets and document troubleshooting steps.
Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and ownership of client communications.
