Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and triages calls from MetroSafe.
• Provides crisis and suicide intervention by phone.
• Documents and maintains records of interventions.
• Assesses, de-escalates, and develops a crisis plan.
• Coordinates referrals and follows up with clients and partners.
