Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Minimum six months' experience in social services.
• Full-time position; no personal or company vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and triages calls to Behavioral Health Hub and provides crisis and suicide intervention by phone.
• Connects callers with mobile crisis when appropriate and coordinates follow-up.
• Documents thorough records of all telephone interventions.
• Assesses, de-escalates, and develops crisis plans with community resources.
• Coordinates with law enforcement, families, and other agencies; communicates status to relevant parties.
• Attends staff meetings and uses a trauma‑informed, person-centered approach.
