Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and triages calls from MetroSafe for Behavioral Health Hub.
• Provides crisis and suicide intervention over the telephone.
• Documents and maintains records of interventions.
• Assesses situations, engages, de-escalates and develops rapport.
• Develops crisis plans utilizing community resources.
• Coordinates with law enforcement and other partners for crisis resolution.
• Communicates information promptly while preserving privacy.
• Attends staff meetings and uses trauma-informed approaches.

Education

Associates degree required
