Job summary

Seven Counties seeks a Crisis Intervention Counselor to provide remote support for callers in the Louisville Metro area and beyond. You will conduct telephone interventions, document interactions, and connect individuals to appropriate behavioral health resources.

Responsibilities include supervising volunteers, delivering crisis intervention training as assigned, and monitoring caller status through follow-up to ensure safety and access to services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, human services, or related field.
• Minimum one year crisis intervention or behavioral health experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions in stressful situations and work remotely.
