Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a Sales Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a high-performing team of 8–10 field representatives and develop talent while driving strategic sales initiatives. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and collaborating with national sales and training managers.

The position requires regular field visits Tue–Thu and office presence Mon and Fri, with up to 50% travel. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales management are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory; ability to travel outside AZ up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.
• Partner with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements.
