Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior sales leader in Phoenix to shape and drive a high-performing team across field representatives and strategic accounts. You will recruit, coach, and manage 8–10 field reps, while collaborating with account managers and national sales teams to execute effective sales training and strategies.

The role requires frequent travel (up to 50% outside AZ) and on-site work at the Uline AZ sales office, with regular joint calls and in-market visits to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to travel outside AZ up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team based in Phoenix.
• Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8–10 field representatives.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
• Work closely with strategic accounts.
• Partner with national sales and training managers to implement sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work Monday and Friday in the Uline AZ sales office.
• Have the sales team visit in the field Tuesday through Thursday.
