DuraFleet Phoenix is seeking a driven, part-time Fleet Services Salesperson to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers a flexible schedule with earning potential through a base of $10 per hour plus commission.

You will prospect, outreach, and network to generate new fleet service clients while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with the fleet services team to ensure onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on a part-time schedule.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new fleet services clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client fleet needs and recommend solutions
• Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM software
• Collaborate with the fleet services team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Meet or exceed part-time sales targets and performance benchmarks
