Job summary
Eclipse Automation Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and end-user services at our Rock Hill, SC on-site location.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to requests via ticketing system, email, phone, remote support, and in-person assistance.
- Manage Intune and MDM for device enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.
- Deploy and maintain Windows devices, Microsoft 365 services, and endpoint security.
- Troubleshoot email, authentication, and account access issues including MFA.
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and asset management; follow security policies.
- Participate in IT projects and on-call rotation for critical systems.
