Pacific Office Automation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Application Support Technician to install, support, and troubleshoot managed print services software for internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate is technically minded, customer-focused, able to work independently or as part of a team, with at least an Associate degree and 1+ year of help desk or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher and 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking and database concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Preferred: Microsoft SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain remote monitoring software for clients
• Troubleshoot software and connectivity issues for internal and external users
• Provide timely support via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in CRM
• Collaborate with development teams on system improvements
• Perform routine system maintenance and monitoring
• Complete MPS Monitor training within 30 days
• Work toward team goals, KPIs, and technical certifications
