Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience working with TCP/IP networking.
• Some computer knowledge with willingness to learn.
• Natural problem-solving ability with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use software to remotely access client computers to troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity with multi-function devices such as copiers and scanners.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, etc. to gather information for troubleshooting.
• Work closely with sales representatives, customers, and field technicians to resolve network-related problems.
