Job summary

Popmenu is hiring a true hunter to own the Phoenix market, engaging SMB restaurant operators with a high-velocity, field-driven approach. You will travel weekly across the Phoenix metro—Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and more—building relationships and closing deals in a fast, autonomous environment.

You must be in-market, hyper-organized, and numbers-driven, with Salesforce experience and a track record of outbound SMB wins.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound hunter with SMB closing experience.
• Field-first role requiring in-market presence each week.
• Strong ability to manage territory, pipeline, and accounts.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Phoenix territory including metro and suburbs.
• In-field activity weekly: door knocking, visits, events.
• Build and manage a local restaurant network and pipeline.
• Run high-energy demos showing ROI and urgency.
• Close deals in short sales cycles with discipline.
