Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales.
  • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days a week within territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory access plan to optimize patient access.
  • Educate providers on payer requirements, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
  • Coordinate with sales, hub partners, and matrix stakeholders in a compliant manner.
  • Document activities in the approved CRM and communicate insights to internal teams.
  • Serve as the access and reimbursement expert for the geography and monitor payer policies.
  • Use client-approved materials and report field insights for program improvement.
