One Medical is seeking residents or fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Phoenix offices. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a tech-enabled primary care environment.

The program includes 12-week onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing education with support for career development, with base salary ranging from $238,600 to $268,425 depending on experience and schedule.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must be board eligible or have completed residency and be scheduled to take next available board exam.
• Arizona license required before start date.

Mansioni

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles.
• Use expertise to perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
