Job summary

One Medical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking residents finishing in 2026/2027 to join our flagship primary care team. You’ll manage a diverse patient panel, perform acute and chronic visits, and collaborate with in-person and telehealth care teams in a tech-enabled environment.

Our onboarding includes mentoring and a structured learning plan. Eligible physicians will be board-eligible, licensed in Arizona, and committed to human-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or completed residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Arizona before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers, with occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams and supervise NP/PA colleagues.
• Leverage clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
