Job summary

One Medical in Phoenix is seeking a resident/fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care team. You’ll supervise NP/PA colleagues and manage a diverse patient panel in a tech-enabled, collaborative practice.

This full-time role offers a robust onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing education, with a base salary range of $238,600 to $268,425 and strong benefits. Location will be one of our Phoenix offices based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your One Medical start date

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting telehealth visits
• Continuing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
