Job summary

Qualifications

• 1. 5+ years of B2B technical sales or sales engineering in mission-critical data center HVAC.
• 2. Strong knowledge of CRAC/CRAH, chilled water, indirect/direct evaporative cooling, and thermal management.
• 3. Familiar with Tier 3/4 data center design standards, MEP project workflow, bidding processes.
• 4. Proven ability to develop relationships with data center operators, consultants and general contractors through full-cycle sales.
• 5. Self-motivated with market insight to cover Phoenix regional market and meet sales targets.
• 6. US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales and business development for mission-critical data center HVAC solutions.
• Identify key stakeholders at colocation providers, hyperscale operators, and MEP firms in Phoenix.
• Deliver customized HVAC design proposals, presentations, and budget quotes.
• Manage pipeline, forecast opportunities, and track bids to meet annual quotas.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure feasible, compliant solutions.
• Support post-sale alignment and project handoff to ensure successful delivery.
