Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Mobile Engineer to deliver preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for telecom, data centers, and critical infrastructure across the Phoenix metro area. This role operates in a mobile, route-based capacity with 20–40 sites to service and requires travel within the territory.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HVAC experience in commercial/industrial settings, EPA Universal Certification, and experience with CMMS/mobile work orders.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience in commercial or industrial environments.
EPA Universal Certification (Required).
Experience with CMMS and mobile work order tools.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems across multiple sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures in critical environments including data centers and telecom facilities.
Operate and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) for alarms and diagnostics.
Complete and document work in CMMS/mobile work order systems.
Travel within assigned territory and respond to urgent service needs.
