Job summary

TICA Global seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead high-value sales of data center cooling and thermal management solutions across the US. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead development and technical consultations to proposal negotiations and contract closure, cultivating long-term account relationships.

The ideal candidate has top-tier experience with US hyperscale cloud providers, large colocation data centers, and enterprise customers, and can travel regionally to build a robust US

Qualifications

• Solid direct sales experience with proven track record in US hyperscale cloud providers, large-scale colocation IDCs, or Fortune 500 enterprise data center clients.
• Excellent knowledge of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts with US hyperscale cloud providers, large colocation operators, enterprise tech firms, and MEP/construction contractors.
• Own full sales cycle from lead development, technical solution presentation, pricing, bids, negotiation, to closing and long-term account growth.
• Formulate regional sales strategies and drive annual sales targets while expanding market share in North American data center infrastructure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technology iterations to refine sales approach and product promotion.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to deliver customized cooling system solutions for high-density, high-efficiency data centers.
• Build and manage local US channel partners to expand coverage and create a sustainable sales ecosystem.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing or related majors
