Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, and baggage service.
• Inform customers about flight status and re-accommodate as needed per policy.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and airport procedures.
