Responsibilities

• Resolve customer requests and inquiries to ensure optimal use of resources.
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous manner.
• Operate office equipment and maintain databases for accurate data.
• Assist with hotel reservations, transportation and related services.
• Transport passengers and/or pilots to requested locations as needed.
• Support concierge functions between customers and airport departments.
