Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ and lift restrictions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide outstanding service to customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls, provide information, resolve problems or complaints.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, boarding, and baggage service.
• Proces payments using cash, checks, credit cards, and travel vouchers as needed.
• Provide current fare, schedule, gate, and flight information both in person and by phone.
• Ensure aircraft are prepared for flight and assist passengers as required.
