Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide outstanding service to customers and guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Answer telephone to provide information, resolve problems or complaints, and assist as needed.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, passenger boarding, and baggage services.
• Communicate flight delays or cancellations and re-accommodate according to policy.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, and re-booking of itineraries for passengers.
