Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls to provide information, resolve problems, and assist as needed.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seating, boarding, and baggage service.
• Communicate delays or changes to customers and assist with rebooking according to policy.
• Maintain Advanced Air brand standards and ensure safety and compliance.
