Job summary

SP+ is hiring for an Off-Site Airline Check-in Agent near the airport in Phoenix, AZ. You will check in luggage, issue boarding passes, and assist passengers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling luggage, processing payments, tagging bags, and providing flight information while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires security training and ability to work mornings, weekends, and outdoors.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass pre-employment background screening
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they approach the desk
• Assist with luggage check-in and boarding pass issuance
• Process check-in, weigh bags, and charge for overweight bags
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes and receipts
• Maintain RAC desk and stock supplies
• Answer phones and guest questions
