Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign Agents to flights or locations in the airport.
• Maintain the control room environment, timeclock, inventory records, distribution, and Avtech devices.
• Distribute Avtech devices to team members for passenger tracking and research.
• Perform daily inventory of devices, ensure all devices are accounted for and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot devices that are not properly functioning and report out of service devices.
• Ensure all devices are always adequately charged.
• Ensure time clocks are operable and escalate related issues.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
