Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a Phlebotomy leader to manage day-to-day operations at the Sun City location. The role emphasizes quality control, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision within a fast-paced lab environment.

The position requires experience in a clinical laboratory setting, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with physicians and nursing staff on test orders and results. Day shift in Procurement-Boswell department supported by LIS systems.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in an SQL/LSA clinical laboratory environment or 2 years in leadership/training roles.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily shift operations and workflow.
• Support quality control and QA programs; assist with inspections.
• Monitor section finances, supply usage, and expense control.
• Participate in staff training, hiring input, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab staff on test orders and results.
